Henley Regatta. Henley Royal Regatta is a rowing event held in Oxfordshire. There are many variations on boat type and number of rowers, each competing over the 5 days that the event runs. Glorious Goodwood.This horse racing extravaganser is as chilled out as it is entertaining. King Edward VII once called it a garden party with racing tacked on, and he was right. Being another summer event means that the weather should be mild at worst and you should be able get some outdoor time. Horse racing events can sometimes feel a little rushed, but it is impossible to feel that here.
